Worcester Care Training Solutions are in association with TLC Care at Home, providing classroom-based training to all new staff members.
We provide in-depth, hands-on training in a classroom environment for First Aid, Moving & Handling, Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, Medication Competency, and Infection Control and Red Skin Matters. WCTS is a member of ‘The association of Healthcare Trainers’, one of the largest UK training companies, giving us access to many courses and materials.
We have been established for over 5 years, delivering a face-to-face training programme, and offer our services to a wider area of Worcestershire and Shropshire.
We are extremely proud of our success in helping people into roles of Health Care Assistants, some of whom have now moved on to become Occupational Therapists, Nurses, Midwives and Paramedics. We have trained many team members to achieve the Care Certificate and promote individuals to achieve NVQ Levels 2, 3 and 4, enabling them to have recognised qualifications and secure a career pathway. Many HCA who has successfully grown within our company have gained the knowledge and expertise supporting their future career.
