Depending on your individual needs, we can offer varying degrees of support. From young adults to elderly people, we cater to anyone who needs care and support.

Management of carers

You can trust TLC Care at Home to manage your carers, we will take care of their training and make sure annual mandatory training is up to date. All our staff are DBS checked, their recruitment process is complete and references are completed in line with current legislation. TLC Care at Home manage carers’ wages, holiday pay and will make sure you have care cover during any sickness and annual leave.

Our policies and procedures are managed to ensure that we are compliant with any new regulations or changes in the law. When laws and regulations change, our policies and procedures are updated immediately within our system, and this is reflected in TLC Care at Home being a compliant and safe care provision.

Checks and assessments

TLC carries out regular spot checks, supervisions, and appraisals. All mandatory training is assessed annually both in our training rooms by our accredited trainer, and off-site during visitations.
