The right kind of support

TLC Care at Home recognises that it is generally not the disability that prevents people from taking on new challenges or living independently, however it can be the restrictions in accessing the kind of support required within the community.

Our support plan

Our support plan reflects a person-centred approach while looking at what each person needs, enjoys, dislikes and their dreams and ambitions.
